Trekking in Nepal

Trekking is the gift of Nepal to the world in adventure tourism. To be one with Nature, to regenerate one's own self-esteem, to rediscover oneself, to appreciate Nepal's beauty, to interact with its hospitable and friendly peoples are some of the highlights of trekking in Nepal. Trekking is one long-term activity that draws repeat visitors to the country. It offers a myriad of possibilities - from the "short and easy" walking excursions to the "demanding and strenuous" challenges of the snowy peaks and their foothills and valleys. However easy, or moderate, or strenuous, there is the trekking expeditions because of lack of time or due to lack of physical fitness. Mountain Flights will make you see even the remotest of the corners of Himalayas. The experience of flying over the snow-capped mountains is breath taking. Wherever the eyes turn, you will find the vast stretches of white heaven. The sheer chill that runs through your spine will leave the real chill far behind. The mountain flight gives the best opportunity to get the closest and the best view of Mount Everest (8,850 meters) & other peaks.Focus:

Niamh Kare-Southern Ireland

The guys at Himalayan Quest are really helpful even when you are making last minute plans. Friendly, reliable and fair prices you get what you pay for and excellent coffee too.

I have been here for two days and I am staying in a hotel in Thamel. I was in Nepal in 1995 for two months, and this time I am here for the second time, only one week. My first impression of Kathmandu, after 1 day: very many tourists, even more than before, very great outdoor shops with wonderful stock. Too much traffic, and lots of friendly people

 All the best!
