It is necessary to have Travel insurance for all clients to take in any tour. It should provide adequate protection for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter evacuation, loss of luggage, etc..

Payment and Advance
Clients should be paid only authorised with Himalayan Quest Travels and Tourism bank acount or authorised person are president and managing director of this company . While making your trip with us, we need a photocopy of your passport and 30% of the total amount, a non-refundable booking deposit is required for every trip booking per person. The rest of money can be paid up on arrival on our office, full payment is required before departure the trip and for your last minute booking before a week you need to pay full amount of money as an advance.

Risk & Liabilities
The Himalayan Quest Travels and Tourism Pvt.Ltd shall not be responsibile for any change or cancellation of programmes due to unavoidable circumstance such as Government restriction, land slide, road blockage, flood, avalanches, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, breakdown of vehicle. Any extra cost incurring thereof shall be borne by the clients on the spots. So it is most advisable that clients to have full insurance against medical and personal accident risk. Cancellation insurance is also most recommended.
15% Cancelletion charge within 30 days, after the date, no refund will be made.
Passport and Visas Cost
All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or up on arrival in Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visas cost is USD 25 for 15 days and USD 40 for 30 days till date.
Advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence. In case of delay in flight prior to trek departure or at the end of the trek, you need to meet your accommodation, food costs by yourself.
Under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc. Most of the time domestic flight fare is changing due to fuel price hike up.
